A customer will visit your website and submit a detailing request with their contact information, vehicle details, the service they're interested in, their location and information about the condition of their vehicle.

As soon as they submit the request, you'll receive a notification so you know a new lead has come in. The customer will automatically receive a professional response letting them know their request has been received and that you'll be reviewing it.

You'll review the request inside your system, select the appropriate services from your pre-built service catalog, enter the pricing and send the customer their quote or invoice directly from the system.

Once they're ready to move forward, they'll be able to select an available date and time from your online calendar. After payment is completed, their appointment will be confirmed automatically and both you and the customer will receive confirmation.

The system will automatically send appointment reminders on the morning of the appointment and again 30 minutes before the scheduled time.

Customer information, service requests, appointments, payments and status will all be organized inside your CRM and sales pipeline, making it easy to see exactly where every customer is in the process.

After the scheduled appointment is completed, the customer will move into the completed stage. Approximately 30 minutes later, the system can automatically send a review request, helping you consistently generate new customer reviews without having to remember to send them manually.
